Echoes from a Future Past (Animated)

In my ongoing series Echoes from a Future Past, I spin composites of my original photographs and video into atmospheric, alternative landscapes that invite playful curiosity into the flow of time. I layer and position the transitory and terrestrial in nuanced color, measure and depth. Passage or portal, this work bends and blends dimensions, intermingling actualities.

Several of these works are enhanced with a digital layer, setting these scenes into motion with the use of the augmented reality app, Artivive. The fusion of imagery, video and visual effects are intended to amplify the viewing  experience and to signal liveliness, ever fluid and expanding.
